Platform Boundaries
Manira acts as a bridge. We do not inspect, hold, or guarantee the quality of items. Each shop owner is an independent legal entity responsible for their own inventory, pricing accuracy, and business conduct in Kampala.
02. Connectivity
WhatsApp Terms
Clicking a "Buy" button initiates a WhatsApp chat. You agree to use the seller's contact information only for legitimate business inquiries. Manira does not monitor these chats and is not a party to any agreement made within WhatsApp.
03. Security & Payments
Delivery Logistics
Sellers coordinate their own riders (Boda-bodas). Manira is not liable for transport delays, damage during transit, or non-delivery of items.
Payment Safety
Critical Policy: Always Pay on Delivery. We strongly discourage sending Mobile Money deposits before seeing the physical product in your hands.
Acceptable Use
No counterfeit or illegal products.
No impersonation of brands or shops.
Accurate location tagging required.
Professional conduct at all times.
